What We're Looking For:

We're seeking reliable, professional individuals who are naturally hospitable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and able to stay productive during both busy and slower periods, without needing constant supervision. Requirements:

Smart Serve certification or the ability to obtain it (essential). Ability to stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Prior bartending or serving experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude and work ethic. Ability to maintain a clean, organized work area as required by B55 standards. Willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain the bar area as required by brand standards. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization during hours of operation. Follow cleaning frequency charts and complete required tasks daily. Act as a welcoming host, ensuring guests feel at home. Manage guest interactions with professionalism and confidence. Proactively find ways to stay busy during quieter periods.
