As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and food safety practices Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably in a bartending role Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements Familiarity with food safety standards and practices Ability to operate POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Pay: $15.80-$29.60 per hour
