At Shoeless Joe's Dufferin, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining and entertainment experience. We're a lively sports bar where great food, drinks, and camaraderie come together. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers/Bartenders.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following our recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. Handle cash and card transactions securely. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Uphold all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Must have a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications.
