Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation are required. Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
