Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items if applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving change. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when required. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a friendly manner. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
