Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our members have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Manage time effectively during busy shifts and major events to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards related to food and beverage service. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and promotions.

Qualifications

Previous bar experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive member experience. Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. A friendly demeanor with strong hospitality skills that enhance members interactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 36 per week
