Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team at Escondite in DDO. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent hospitality skills, and experience in bartending, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
