Golden Parrots Pub is a family owned and operated establishment, with the family having ties within the community for over 20 years. We strive to offer quality service and menu offerings at an affordable price, and make our establishment feel more like a family to all than just another place to eat. We are looking to fill positions for Bartenders within the Front of House (FOH). Opening shifts start at 10:45am, and bar closing shifts start at either 4:30pm or 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Holidays. Priority interest to those with previous bartending/serving experience. We are looking for positive, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our fun work environment & family. We are a local and family owned establishment, with no chain association. Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
Part-time hours: 4-30 per week Salary: From $15.65 per hour Benefits:
- Preparing and making beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- Preparing and stocking beverage garnishes (cutting fruit)
- Stocking bottled beer and ciders, can beverages, bottled wines, straws, and other bar essentials
- Changing beer kegs and pop syrups when they are out
- Interacting and serving guests who sit at the bar-top
- Inputting orders into the POS - TouchBistro
- Clearing glassware and dishes from the bar top, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the bar top and bar area
- Weekly emptying of bottle recycling bin to liquor store
- Loading and emptying the glass-washer, putting away and organizing glassware, and maintaining a clean & organized bar
- Opening/Closing duties
