Nestled on the shores of Cold Lake with seasonal patio, we provide an intimate dining experience, offering meticulously crafted four-course tasting menus that celebrate local ingredients, progressive ideas and a modern twist Canadian traditions. The ideal candidate will create exceptional beverages that complement our menus, enhance our guests\' dining experience, and contribute to our unique restaurant atmosphere. Responsibilities: - Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for customers and wait staff. - Interact with customers, taking orders and serving drinks in a friendly and professional manner. - Check customer\'s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. - Comply with all food and beverage regulations, adhering to Alberta Health and Safety Act standards. - Create innovative cocktails that pair well with our four-course tasting menus. Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Bartender. - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. - Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Must have valid certification to serve alcohol in Alberta. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
