Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Server/Cashier/Bar

to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced cafe and restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, prior experience in food service, and preferably a background in

Indian cuisine

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Operate POS systems such as Touch bistro or any for order entry and payment processing. Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and cleaning workspaces. Adhere to all health, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Support inventory management and assist in restocking supplies. Provide prompt and friendly customer service, resolving issues or complaints professionally. Assist in

banquet setup/service

as required. Demonstrate knowledge of

Indian food

, drinks, and cultural dining expectations. Support bar operations if needed (bartending experience a plus).

Requirements:

Previous experience in a

Experience in Indian cuisine
