Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and food handling. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with legal requirements for serving alcohol. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
