Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food and beverage items. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or server is a strong asset. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure A team player who takes pride in their work and cares about quality and consistency.

Timings:

Saturday-Sunday-Monday
10am to 2:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
