We are looking for a friendly and efficient Barista/Server to join our front-of-house team. As a Barista/Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, make drinks, clean and clear tables, and ensure that each guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that orders are delivered correctly.

- Provide attentive and personalized service to each guest.

- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.

- Clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

- Handle payments and provide accurate change.

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista, Server or in a customer service role required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of POS systems is an asset but not required.

- Has a current Serving it Right certification
