Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista/Server

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant food service setting, providing memorable experiences for our customers while honing your skills in food preparation and customer interaction.

Must have open availability for Daytime, evening & weekends. Must have Smart Serve.

Unfortunately at this time this position is not for high school students.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage food and beverage orders efficiently to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food handling areas Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Assist customers with menu selections and answer inquiries about products Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service throughout each shift Restock supplies as needed and assist with basic food preparation when required Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in all aspects of service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person
