Baristas/Food & Beverage Server

We are looking for energetic people who love bringing joy to work. A cup of coffee and smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day. Engage with guest in a meaningful and genuine way, providing knowledgeable recommendations, elevated hospitality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

What you'll do

Prepare and serve a variety beverages according to established recipes and standards, serve customers and handle point of sale Maintain a clean work area as you go, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring all health and safety standards are met Keep organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Play an active role in: restocking, opening/closing duties, serving guests, maintaining the room Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, ensuring freshness and quality. During busy periods, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overall operations Cash handling, portioning and perform prep work

Qualifications

6months of experience in customer service or hospitality Serving it Right and Food Safe Certifications are an required Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Be adaptable to any menu and recipe changes

Wages $17.85 - $19 + tips

The pay range for this role is:

17.85 - 19 CAD per hour(Remote (Surrey, British Columbia, CA))
