At Bella Aurora Cafe, we pride ourselves on offering a warm, welcoming environment paired with high-quality coffee, beverages, and delicious food. We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Job Summary:

As a Barista/Cashier, you will be the face of our cafeteria, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and light snacks. You will also be responsible for handling transactions and ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer any questions about our menu. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders. Accurately process payments using a cash register, handle cash, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee-making equipment and food preparation areas. Restock supplies as needed and notify management of any shortages. Ensure the display of baked goods and other items is always tidy and appealing. Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns with a positive attitude. Uphold health and safety standards by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1 Year of experience as a barista or in a customer service role or similar roles is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, with a passion for coffee and great customer service. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
