Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with various operational tasks. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards. Manage cash transactions, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in basic math calculations. Provide help to customers with menu selections and answer any questions regarding food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Light clean up of the store, with closings.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Has to be available evenings and weekends.
