Job Overview

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections and inquiries. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies. Prepare food items as per safety standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food preparation stations. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in food preparation and serving, with knowledge of food safety practices. Barista experience is a plus, enhancing beverage service capabilities. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
