Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service Manage food preparation tasks including basic food handling and serving items efficiently Ensure timely service during busy periods by utilizing effective time management skills Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure quality and safety of all food and beverages served Restock supplies as needed and assist in maintaining inventory levels

Experience

Prior experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Experience in serving, food preparation, or food service roles demonstrates strong customer service skills Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions effectively Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards ensures compliance with health regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
