We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food preparation guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Experience with cashiering and cash handling is beneficial. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
