Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items while providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils used in food preparation. Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Follow food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is required. Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices is an advantage. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed in the bubble tea setting.
