Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring high-quality presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food handling regulations and safety protocols at all times. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery. A team player who is willing to help others and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
