We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food preparation, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with precision and care. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Experience

Previous barista and bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in the food industry is a plus, particularly in food and beverage service roles. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with basic math for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge, experience, and passion for board games. Must have smart serve and food handlers certifications. Must be 19 years old to apply for this position, as you will be serving and working with alcohol.
