As a Barista/Bartender at The Nail Hotel, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful beverages and creating a sophisticated yet welcoming environment for our clients. Whether guests are looking for a relaxing cup of coffee or a refreshing cocktail, your role will enhance their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffee, tea and signature cocktails.
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Maintain a clean and organized barista and bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in the development of seasonal drink menus, offering creative and unique drink options for our clientele.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth salon operations and high standards of service.
• Upsell beverage offerings and add-ons, contributing to the overall sales and success of the salon.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ontario's alcohol service regulations (Smart Serve certification preferred)
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to creating a memorable guest experience.
• Knowledge of different coffee and cocktail preparations with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
