Job Description

Duties: LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH BARISTA EXPERIENCE and baking (Espresso-machine)-must be available weekdays and some evenings! No highschool students please.

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, USE ESPRESSO MACHINE
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries-baking
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating prices and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Will need to complete online barista training
