Job Summary

We are seeking an interested and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food and beverage items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Clear tables and do dishes Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or coffee industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to help customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
