Shatterbox Coffee Company is a locally owned and operated business that believes in supporting local. We are passionate about sustainable practices and proudly roast our own beans with a zero-emission coffee roaster. We source our baked goods, bread, and much more locally and provide a living wage and fun atmosphere to our employees and guests. We\'re seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. We\'re looking for a friendly, engaging individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can engage co-workers and customers alike in a professional, courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment and someone who has an enthusiasm for all types of coffees, beverages and pastries. Responsibilities:
- Prepare specialty coffees in the manner and within the parameters requested by guests.
- Create an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure that barista treats guests and fellow employees with fairness and respect.
- Follow health, fire, and safety procedures.
- Work well with others.
- Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
