Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, full-time Barista with a passion for coffee and latte art to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, attentive, and able to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills are essential. We value leadership qualities in our staff, and we are looking for someone who can motivate and connect with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

This position offers opportunities for growth, and the right candidate will be considered for promotion to Store Manager in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including beautiful and intricate latte art. Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and work areas. Assist in training new staff and fostering a supportive, cooperative work environment. Manage high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain company values. Motivate and encourage fellow team members to work effectively and stay engaged. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista with excellent latte art skills. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Leadership potential and experience motivating others. A positive attitude, responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a leadership role or managing a team. Interest in growing within the company and taking on a managerial role in the future.
