About Salus: At Salus Fresh Foods, we strive each day to provide healthy and delicious foods to our customers. This process begins with sourcing the freshest ingredients from our farmers. We prepare and grill all of our ingredients in-house on a daily basis to guarantee the freshness of all of our dishes. We do not add preservatives or fillers to any of our meals, and we guarantee to provide our customers with the healthy meals they need to meet their busy lifestyles.

A day on the job would include:

Preparing fresh produce for the service bar

Following recipes and creating prep for the day (both raw produce and proteins)

Creating boxes, salads, wraps and smoothies during hours of operation

Recommending items to new and recurring guests

Working with a POS system for guest transactions

Stocking, cleaning all preparation equipment/stainless counters

Performing opening and closing duties checklists (dependent on shift hours)

Availability

Full-time

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) in fast-paced quick service restaurant

1+ year(s) in customer service

Knife handling skills

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Food handlers certificate is an asset

Workplace health and safety knowledge is an asset

Salary:

$17.20/hr (dependent on meeting and/or exceeding qualifications/experience)
