Key Responsibilities:

Making and managing espresso and various coffee drinks, tea etc. Assist with food preparation while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed. Creating a warm and positive experience for every guest

Qualifications:

Barista experience is a must

(espresso extraction & milk steaming)

Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Comfortable multitasking and helping where needed (front & back of house) Able to stay calm, positive, and focused during busy periods Previous customer service or cafe/kitchen experience is a plus Friendly, upbeat, and a strong team player Eager to learn and take initiative Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preference language: Korean / Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
