Overview: Join our team as a Barista at our bustling cafe where you will be the face of our establishment, crafting and serving delicious beverages to our valued customers. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow food safety procedures and guidelines during food preparation Requirements: - Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred - Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering - Knowledge of food safety practices - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively - Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and drink offerings If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the Barista position at our cafe.
