Job Description

Key responsibilities:

- Efficiently prepare and serve our menu items while providing a friendly & professional customer service

- Recommend & explain our menu items to the customers by promoting the Daigyo brand

- Maintain high standard of cleanliness throughout the store

- Prepare different kinds of ingredients used for the drinks and food served at the store

- Multi-task in a fast paced working environment (ability to work alone if necessary)

- Be punctual, organized, proactive, and motivating to the team

- Handle the POS system accurately

- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Matcha & Japanese tea

- Contribute to the values set by Daigyo (pursuit of perfection and dedication to details)

Requirements:

- Prior experience in working at a cafe, tea shop, or similar service environment is preferred

- Must have a valid visa to work

Position available:

- Full time barista

- Part time barista

Salary:

- Minimum wage+tips

Schedule:

- Day shift & night shift

Supplemental pay:

- Tips

- Commission on our retail goods
