Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and clear communication with customers to ensure a positive customer service experience Prepare hot/cold, tea/non-tea-based drinks following the company's standard recipes and customer modifications Prepare toppings and brewing tea from the company's standard recipes Use the POS system to help customers order, and to input online/delivery app orders Strictly follow health regulations, keep a clean and sanitized working environment ( floor, bar table, stock room, machinery)
Skills and knowledge:

Applicants with at least one year customer service related or barista/tearista experience preferred Be able to stand for 6-8 hour shift and can work variable hours including morning and evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and/or Statutory holidays. Allbility to learn quickly Ability to multi-task during each shift in the store, with verbal or written instructions. Be able to work independently as well as in a team Having a passionate learning attitude for all recipes in the store Can keep a calm demeanor in a fast-paced and energetic work env Have excellent communication skills Passionate about product quality and customer service Can lift up to 15lb of store ingredients, boxed, replenish stock when needed Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour
