Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced and friendly environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with other staff members Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Flexible scheduling options - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company If you are passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Barista.
