Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold quality control measures by regularly checking product freshness and presentation. Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and promote menu items.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
