Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system - Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences - Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Skills: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food safely - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
