Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant food industry setting, providing memorable experiences for our customers while honing your skills in food and beverage preparation. The position involves working with POS systems, including Micros POS, and adhering to food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company recipes and standards Operate POS systems efficiently, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide excellent customer service Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products served Restock supplies as needed and assist with light food preparation when required Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices

Qualifications

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in the

food industry

is required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong

customer service

skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic

math

skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Familiarity with

POS systems

Micros POS

, is advantageous Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
