Barista - WeekendsWe are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Weekend Barista to join our team! This position runs from now until about May 15, 2026 and offers a great Saturday & Sunday schedule (9 AM - 3 PM). This role has the potential to lead to future hours based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

o Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following company recipes and standards

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments accurately Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations Assist with basic food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches, toasting bagels, and plating pastries Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, food prep area, and seating space Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

o Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Basic food handling experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Attention to detail and a passion for coffee and hospitality Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

? Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM. Will be most weekends, additional hours for different events available.

Position Duration:

Through busy season until May 15, 2026 approx.
