Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.

- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas to meet food safety standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.

- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all food items are handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.

- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and new products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

- At least college graduate.

- Must have 2 to 3 years barista experience in artisan cafe.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment..
