Position:
We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a positive, supportive environment where your personality and customer service skills can shine.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation
Provide excellent, friendly customer service and build genuine connections with guests
Handle high-volume service efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
Support teammates and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
Qualifications:
Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
