We're on the hunt for a

skilled and passionate Barista

to bring top-notch drinks and feel-good vibes to our guests. If you've got

3-5+ years of barista experience

, have a knack for excellent customer service, looking for a longterm position or even a career, we'd love to welcome you into our cozy barn-inspired cafe.

What You'll Do:

Craft and serve a variety of delicious hot and cold beverages--coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Master the espresso machine and other cafe equipment Take and prepare orders quickly and accurately Keep the counter, machines, and prep areas clean and organized Handle cash and card transactions with ease and accuracy Make every customer feel welcome and appreciated work independently within a great team

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of barista experience

(a must) Friendly and positive personality with strong communication skills Comfort with fast-paced environments--especially during the morning rush Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling Time management and multitasking skills A team player who takes pride in their work and their lattes
