Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to health regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
