We're a small team of coffee lovers looking to grow. Our mission is to showcase Indonesian coffee and it's quality potential. We need the best professionals to help us to make it happen. Requirements, skills, and abilities
Please be ready for the skills and knowledge test for this position. Have at least 2-years of experience in the Specialty Coffee Industry. SCA certificate - a big plus. Advanced Latte Art skills are a prerequisite for employment. Comfortable with working with POS Strong teamwork personality with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Have a desire for personal development and a willingness to learn new skills. Have no boundaries in collaboration and innovation, with the ability to inspire team members and customers. Strong communication skills and a genuine sense of humor and kindness. Be thoughtful of your team and customer so a positive environment can flourish.
