Job Description

Henry's Restaurant and Wine Shop is looking for a passionate and professional Barista to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a thoughtful, service-driven environment -- and to help shape our coffee program from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based and brewed beverages
Provide warm, efficient, and consistent guest service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station
Collaborate with management to refine and develop the coffee offering
Support daily operations and uphold a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What We're Looking For

1+ year barista or specialty coffee experience (preferred)
Genuine interest in coffee, hospitality, and guest experience
Strong attention to detail and time management
Team player with a calm, professional presence
*Interest in wine is a huge benefit

Compensation & Benefits

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience and skill set

Opportunity to contribute to program development

Benefits eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment
