About The Coffee:

The Coffee is a specialty coffee shop chain with 400 stores in 23 countries, dedicated to providing an exceptional coffee experience. We are looking for passionate and experienced baristas to join our team and serve specialty coffee with excellence in preparation and customer service.

Role Overview:

As a Barista, you will be an important part of our team, preparing beverages with care and consistency while providing excellent customer service. You will follow our recipes and quality standards, perform on opening and closing the store in different shift hours, and keep the workspace clean and organized. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for great coffee and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee and other beverages following company recipes and quality standards. Deliver excellent customer service to every guest, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with opening and closing the store, following proper procedures. Keep the store clean and organized at all times, including the bar, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines. Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain smooth daily operations. Restock supplies and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor. Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and care.
Requirements:

Must be in Canada and hold valid Work Permit Full time. Must hold a Food Handler certification (Food Safety). Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in specialty coffee and barismo. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuinely friendly and approachable personality. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in coffee shops (excluding operation with only automatic extraction machines).
