We're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to help support our team.
The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing espresso beverages, enjoys working in a busy coffee shop environment, and is capable of effectively taking direction and multitasking. A successful candidate will have coffee shop experience, bartending experience, a passion for making drinks, and strong customer service skills. This is the perfect opportunity for the dedicated Barista to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops new products and is part of a fantastic community. Baristas at L'espresso receive good tips compared to other coffee shops in the city.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Barista has:
Proven experience in Customer Service An outgoing personality and passion for exceptional service A keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency during rushes
Requirements and skills
Previous work experience as a Barista Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills

Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: $17.60 per hour
Schedule:
10-hour shift 8-hour shift Operating hours of L'Espresso (Mon-Fri 7:00am - 9pm // Sat 8am - 6pm // Sun 8:30am - 6pm
