Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Take customer orders and process payments accurately Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food preparation as needed Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work well as part of a team Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus
