We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate priority issues per established procedures. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
