We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the POS system efficiently for order taking and payment processing. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with menu selections. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
