Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of barista or cafe experience, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and customer service. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu guidance when needed. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items consistently to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely and skillfully. Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and guest seating areas. Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as required. Support daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of barista experience

in a cafe, coffee shop, or similar setting (required). Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic math and POS system skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
